El día martes 7 de junio se llevó a cabo el tercer foro del ciclo ¿Es chile un país de oportunidades?. En esta ocasión, el debate se centró en la ciudad como espacio generador de espacios de igualdad e inequidad. Los expositores fueron Iván Poduje, académico de la Facultad arquitectura de la Universidad Católica, Paola Jirón, investigadora de la U. de Chile y experta en temas de movilidad y Francisco Irarrázaval, Secretario ejecutivo del Plan de Desarrollo de Barrios del Ministerio de Vivienda y Urbanismo.
